- If appropriate, you may receive joint mobilisations or massage as part of a holistic treatment to help with your recovery.
- You will be taught the appropriate stretches and strengthening exercises to help get you back to doing what you love, quicker.
- Any factors that may have contributed to your injury will be discussed, and sensible evidence informed treatments used to help get you back to your best once again.
- You will receive a comprehensive exercise program via e-mail after the appointment, so that you can continue to rehabilitate at home, or in a gym-based environment.
