- We will teach you specific exercises to address any physical impairments found at the time of your examination.
- When required, we will help you to learn the most efficient and safe way to walk as possible (including advice on using walking aids).
- We will also provide you with a personalised exercise program via e-mail, to practice in the comfort of your own home.
- Our goal is to help you improve your physical health to the same level (or perhaps even better) than it was before the surgery.
