Neil is helping me extend my skiing and hickey playing career beyond my early 50's. His calm attention to detail, gentle encouragement and assiduous follow ups make him a joy to deal with. I fell better already after less than a week of a tailored strength and conditioning programme.
Mum met Neil through her sporadic physio sessions at Northwick Park Hospital in the early 2000s. Neil and his colleagues would be her physios for these sessions and show her exercises to help with her extensive arthritis and spondylosis. The interaction grew when Mum had major back surgery for spinal stenosis in 2011 at the age of 88. He was instrumental in helping her recover from this major surgery. Mum followed his exercise regime religiously, which enabled her to re-learn to walk and return to an active life.
Mum, at the age of 90+, used to attend the general public hydro sessions at NWP. When she started having difficulty getting into and out of the pool, the physio department questioned whether she should continue attending. Neil and his colleagues, who had helped Mum recover in the past, supported her in continuing. Their view was that activities such as the hydro sessions were saving her from becoming frail and ending up in hospital.
In 2021 Mum, 97 by then, fell at home and broke her hip. Neil gave us the confidence to bring her home from rehab. He helped Mum again to get walking. That was my first experience observing their connection and Mum's complete trust in Neil. She would readily do umpteen more reps under his instruction than when she was just with us helping. She became active again, albeit with a zimmer. The physio sessions from Neil and the emotional support she gained from that bond she had with Neil helped her to get mobile and fit enough to visit family and her favourite Regent’s Park again.
Neil's guidance, support and bond that he formed with Mum was instrumental in her maintaining an active life in her final decade.

Neil is a great physio as well as a great person too. He’s very straight up and honest about the best way to treat your injury(s) and he always wants the best for his patients.
Neil has become the family physiotherapist simply because he excels professionally in terms of knowledge, clinical expertise, gentle but goal focused approach and wonderful communication skills. He managed to get my 93 year old father back on his feet following a pubic bone fracture, much to the family's amazement. This granted my father superb quality of life in his last year and we will forever be grateful to Neil for that. As my father would say, "I love that boy" even after he had been pushed through some tough exercises. I highly recommend accessing Neil's services. You will not be disappointed.
Neil has done a fantastic job working with my 87 year old mother, who suffered from several falls and resulting fractures. He is very professional and always makes an effort to connect, using key words of the language spoken by mum. Within just a few months, Neil managed to help her greatly strengthen her muscles, increase her mobility and confidence.
He is very motivational and understanding.

Neil has been brilliant working with my son for the last few months, recovering from a fracture of his hip and getting him back to football. He is a true professional, and has made a huge difference to him. Neil is also a pleasure to deal with, we highly recommend him.
